The lifetime warranty applies as long as enrollment is maintained.
Warranty does not cover animal damage or weather-related loss.
Members must dig and bring back all dead plant material.
Perennials, trees, or shrubs will not be replaced until they have had the chance to come out of dormancy, typically mid-May.
The warranty is a "plant-for-plant replacement". We will replace with the same item or suggest a similar one.
No cash value: If a plant of lesser value is chosen as a replacement, the customer forfeits the difference.
